Day 1

• Panoramic tour around Almaty.
Visiting the following places – sightseeing’s of the city: Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory, Kazakh State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet, Kazakhstan National Science Academy and Eternal Flame. Transfer to the Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence, feel the energy of the Apple city and get acquaint with its history!

• Visiting Kok-Tobe hill with the tallest TV tower in the world.
Short ride from the top of the hill to the center of the city by the famous Almaty cableway.
• Transfer to the hotel

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel,
• Excursion to Issyk lake
Medeo ice rink situated on the height of 1 691.2 meters above the sea level is known around the world. It was built in 1972. The surface of the ice occupies 1 0 500 square meters, which allows conducting competitions of skating, hockey and figure skating. Ski resort «Shymbulak» issituated in the picturesque ravine of Zailiysky Alatau Mountain on the height of 2260 meters above the sea level and in 25 kilometers from the center of the city of Almaty. At the height of 3163 meters above the sea level the elevators start their ways down.

• Shopping at Green Bazar with outlet of Rahat (chocolate factory)
• Walking tour to Arbat Promenade street to feel the atmosphere of the city

Day 3

• Early breakfast at the hotel, check-out
• Excursion to the Canyon –
The canyon is situated on the Tian Shan’s spurs near the border with China. Charyn Canyon is a natural monument built from sedimentary rocks, which age is about 12 million years, and stretches for 154 kilometers along the valley of Charyn river. The most interesting and frequently visited tourist destination is so-called “Valley of Castles”. The grove of relict species of ash, survived during the era of glaciation, preserved in the bosom of the canyon and another such grove is only in North America. Landscape diversity of Charyn canyon leads to the variety of flora and fauna. Charyn canyon reminds Colorado Grand Canyon in North America and loses to it in terms of sizes but not in terms of beauty.

• Visit one of the most beautiful lakes, located in the surroundings of Almaty – Kolsay Lake. It is also called a blue necklace of Northern Tien Shan. And it is quite understandable – such beauty cannot be found anywhere! In the Kazakh language “Kolsay” means “a lake in the valley”.
• Transfer to the hotel.

Day 4

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Excursion to Alma Arasan gorge
It is characterized by a mountain-meadow landscape and a dissected relief. Granites and granodiorites are widespread. Spruce forest, various herbs and shrubs (raspberry, honeysuckle, wild rose, hawthorn) grow in the vicinity of the gorge. The climate in the gorge is mountainous, with many cloudless days. The left tributary of the Bolshaya Almatinka, the Prokhodnaya River, flows through the gorge. The well-known Alma-Arasan thermal-radon
sulfur springs come to the surface in the gorge. On the slopes of the Prokhodnaya River in 1931, 16 springs were recorded, on the basis of which the Alma-Arasan balneological resort was founded in the same year.

• Visiting show of hunting birds
We offer you to visit the nursery of rare endangered species of birds “Sunkar” which is unique by its species composition and equipment. The nursery is the only one in the whole territory of Kazakhstan and during its activity raised 1060 birds and released 260 falcons Balobans out of the nature. By visiting falcon nursery, you can admire the most beautiful birds, learn about their biological characteristics, and more than that, see the falcon show (from May to October). The trained birds take parts in that show and demonstrate hunting with a bird, getting food out of the water and other interesting things. The story about traditions and history of falconry will be told during a spectacular performance with freely flying birds of prey.
