DAY 01 — ARRIVAL

DAY 02 — Excursion to the Canyon
The canyon is situated on the Tian Shan’s spurs near the border with China. Charyn Canyon is a natural monument built from sedimentary rocks, whose age is about 12 million years, and stretches for 154 kilometers along the valley of the Charyn River. The most interesting and frequently visited tourist destination is the so-called “Valley of Castles.”. The grove of relict species of ash survived during the era of glaciation, preserved in the bosom of the canyon, and another such grove is only in North America. The landscape diversity of the Charyn Canyon leads to the variety of flora and fauna. Charyn Canyon reminds Colorado Grand Canyon in Colorado in North America and loses to it in terms of size but not in terms of beauty.
Visit one of the most beautiful lakes, located in the surroundings of Almaty: Kolsay Lake. It is also called the blue necklace of Northern Tien Shan. And it is quite understandable such beauty cannot be found anywhere! In the Kazakh language, Kolsay” means “a lake in the valley.”

DAY 03 — Excursion to Medeo & Shymbulak
Discover the world-renowned Medeo ice rink, situated at an elevation of 1,691.2 meters above sea level. Built in 1972, this iconic venue covers 10,500 square meters of the ice surface, perfect for skating, hockey, and figure skating competitions. Continue your journey to the breathtaking ski resort, “Shymbulak,” nestled in the picturesque ravine of Zailiysky Alatau Mountain. Located 2,260 meters above sea level and just 25 kilometers from Almaty’s city center, the resort offers a stunning backdrop for winter sports enthusiasts. Don’t miss the chance to ascend to 3,163 meters above sea level using the elevators for panoramic views.
Shopping tour to Green Bazaar and Rahat Chocolate Market:
Indulge your senses in a unique shopping experience at the Green Bazaar, where vibrant colors and exotic scents create an unforgettable atmosphere. Immerse yourself in the local culture as you explore the market’s diverse offerings. Continue the tour to Rahat Chocolate Market, a haven for chocolate lovers, where you can sample and purchase a variety of exquisite chocolates.

DAY 04 — Arrival of guests in the ethno-aul “HUNNS”
• Meeting guests with two warriors in battle armor of the Saki period and the Shashu ritual, treating all guests with baursaks.

Acquaintance with the Kazakh yurt, customs, and traditions of the Kazakh people:
• In the program, the guests will be acquainted with the structure of the yurt, the philosophy, and the sacred meaning of the yurt for the nomad.
• The guests will also get acquainted with the life of the Kazakh people (cleaning and whipping wool, making yarn with a spindle, getting flour, and talking in the dermis, the rite of laying the child in Besik, the rite of Tusau Jesus and Atka Ogyrgyzu).
• Show the performance of the group “SARBAZ” (various programs presented in the form of theatrical performances of  legends and national equestrian games)
• Lunch in national style

Master classes of interest to choose from:
• Preparation of national treats “Gent”;
• Production of “Belbau” on the loom;

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure:
• 100% of the total cost will be refunded, excluding the advance amount.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure:
• No refund will be issued.
