Turkey Visa

• Passport valid for at least 6 months upon arrival in Turkey and have min 2 blank pages available and its copy (A4 size)
• Previously obtained Turkey, Schengen, UK, USA visa copies, if any
• Valid residence permit in Qatar which is valid at least 3 months from the date of submission and its copy + copy (A4 size)
• 2 biometric recent photo (50x 60mm) and white background with a frontal view of the face.The photo should have been no older than 6 months.
• Original employment letter mentioning salary, position, duration of employment along with company seal and signature. The letter should not be older than 1 month.
• Bank account statements for last 3 months showing salary transfer with at least 10,000 QAR available (stamped & signed by the bank). not older than 10 days
• Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation in Turkey (covering the intended day in Turkey)
• Round trip flight reservation It’s highly recommended not to buy flight ticket before the visa is granted. Reservation/booking is acceptable.
• Applicants from 12 years old and above must be in the office for Fingerprint
• Letter explaining the purpose of travel. Must be written only either in English or Turkish with applicant’s signature.
• If necessary, birth certificate – marriage certificate Translated to English or Turkish
• If previously resided in Turkey, residency document
• Documents of properties in Qatar belonging to the person (title deed, license etc.), if any
• Documents of properties in Turkey belonging to the person (title deed, license etc.), if any
• Bank account statements in Turkey, if any
• If dual citizen, the relevant document
• For minors; if travelling unaccompanied by parents, consent letter signed by both parents. (letter provided by the office) Both parents should come and submit the application of the minor applicant. Copy of the parents’ passport and Qatar ID.
• 18 Visa fee and Mosaic Service Fee. ACCEPT CASH ONLY

You have to submit the above documents at the mosaic center and you have to pay 685 QAR per person as visa fees and our service charge is 100 QAR
